The M&A Infrastructure Program Manager is responsible for developing an infrastructure strategy for M&A deals and for working with global and regional infrastructure teams to complete the integration of these deals into the Axalta IT infrastructure landscape. This position reports into the Office of the CIO with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Infrastructure Operations Leader.  The position is based in Glenn Mills, PA.   Limited international travel is required. This resource would be invaluable not only to the M&A effort but also to help guide the infrastructure strategy within Axalta. 

Job Responsibilities

1. Create and maintain an enterprise M&A infrastructure integration runbook that will provide the standard operating procedure and operationalize Global M&A infrastructure integration activities.
2. Organize and lead simultaneous, large and complex M&A integration efforts from an infrastructure perspective from initial due diligence to final integration and hand-off to infrastructure support.
3. Lead due diligence efforts to analyze ‘AS IS’ infrastructure environments for M&A deals and help develop integration plans for ‘TO BE’ environments that include: detailed project plans, risk mitigation plans, cost models, resourcing plans and other key program management activities related to deal integration.
4. Help develop and mature an infrastructure roadmap that can support M&A integration from an infrastructure perspective.
5. Work with Axalta regional infrastructure teams, business teams, applications teams, and outsourced managed services providers to support M&A infrastructure activities.
6. Support development of Axalta best practices for serial integrations of acquisitions through use of playbook material, best practice documents or core processes and methodologies that relate to infrastructure.

1. 6 – 10 years of Global Infrastructure experience with at least 2-3 years integrating M&A deals from an infrastructure perspective.
2. Infrastructure architect experience in transforming infrastructure environments to support the scale and scope required for M&A deals.
3. Ability to adapt infrastructure integration strategies based on deal size, deal profiles, and business driven requirements around scope and costs.
4. Prior experience managing large infrastructure teams in all facets of infrastructure including: end user computing, networking, voice/telecommunications, servers/storage, and mobility.
5. Recent infrastructure experience leveraging emerging technologies such as: mobility, digital transformation, cloud computing and cloud migration.
6. Strong program management discipline that includes program planning, program execution and program reporting.
7. Ability to work in a matrixed organization with both global and regional IT resources.
8. An open, direct, and respectful communication style with excellent oral and written communication skills.
