    Responsibilities

    As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering global enterprise cloud technology solutions across multiple operational areas. They key function will be to support the business for multiple daily issues, long term projects & ancillary projects simultaneously. It is expected that this candidate can be a team player and a positive agent of change.

    Candidate will need to be very familiar with the following with respect to Salesforce Ecosystem:

    • Sales & Service Cloud 
    • User Management & Maintenance
    • Configuration functionality
    • APEX functionality
    • Data loading tools (Dataloader, Jitterbit, etc.)
    • Change Sets
    • Sandbox management
    • Validation rules
    • Approval Processes
    • Workflows
    • Lightning, Communities, Einstein, Analytics & Pardot
    • AppExchange Market Place

    Qualifications

    Must be able to wear many hats on projects and may be responsible for the following:

    • Manufacturing and supply chain experience is a plus
    • Lead discover & requirements gathering sessions
    • Project Management
    • Able to manage Salesforce platform implementations and deployments
    • Presentations to peers and executive management
    • Lead testing efforts, Test Plan Creation and support
    • Work with end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & regression testing to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues
    • User Trainings
    • Able to work alongside external consulting firms, 3rd party vendors and offshore teams
    • Assess projects & timelines for capability, feasibility and efficiency
    • Provide alternate approaches and solutions to a given issue

    Education:
    BS in Computer Science, Math or Engineering


    Years of Experience:
    5+ years’ experience in Salesforce.com platform as a BA Required


    Preferred Certifications:
    Salesforce Admin Certification
