    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for reception and office management
    • Responsible for organization, booking, preparation of meetings principally in Basel
    • Preparing communications in German and English (letters, presentations)
    • Handel invoices and orders
    • Helping with travel booking and expense management
    • Helping with time attendance in SAP
    • Handel diverse administrative and operational support activities in the office

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant (minimum 2 years) is a must
    • Absolut fluent spoken and written skills in English and German is a must
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people from different nationalities and cultures
    • Work proactively, be self-disciplined and able to work independently as well as in a team
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to details, ability handle high workflow
    • Discretion in dealing with confidential information
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is a must
    • SharePoint and SAP knowledge would be an asset
