    Responsibilities

    Work with Sales team to collect information for new product development, including customer line visit, new application process evaluation, project timeline and all information for development;
    Support data analysis to PM to evaluate the competitor’s products, product position and give suggestion for product strategy;
    Arrange documents for product management followed with APQP process;
    Support new product launch by cooperate with different functional dept;
    Understand and communicate product needs to R&D team;
    Positive to execute project launching by using project management tools;
    Brief training sales team on product information and knowledge.

    Qualifications

    BSBA degree in a business related function;
    3-5 years in technical or product experience in industry or REF coating, prefer have project management experience;
    Good communication and inter functions working skill;
    Strategic thinking and problem solving sills; 
    Good English both in writing and speaking.
