    The Industrial Sales Representative will be a dynamic sales oriented individual that is highly customer focused and understands the Commercial Transportation and General Industrial markets. S/he must have a strong understanding of the ACE market, their sub suppliers and 2nd and 3rd tier manufacturers.  The ideal candidate will be willing to prospect for new business as well as maintain, grow and protect key existing accounts.


    • Prospect for new business as well as maintain, grow and protect key existing accounts
    • Build relationships with high level and mid-level decision makers and productively interface with key influencers and paint staff on the production floor
    • Manage the sales cycle process and understand when to bring in the right team members as they move the opportunity to the demonstration or line trial phase.
    • Build a pipeline of sales targets worth a minimum of $4mm and manage that pipeline to high percentage to closure ratio
    • Travel by car or plane within the West region


    • Four-year college degree from an accredited university in Business or a relevant field; relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of education requirements
    • Good contract negotiation skills
    • Able to craft proposals that could involve business investment plans
    • Prior sales experience working closely with customers
    • Strong Customer Focus
    • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships
    • Proficiency in salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
