    This position reports directly to the CHRO and indirectly to the CIO and will be responsible for transforming Axalta’s business operations through global standardization of business processes across regions and business units. The standardization of business processes is a major component of the company’s drive to SAP S/4 and is critical to the success of the program.  The process standardization is a major driver to the business value of the program.


    While subject matter experts in IT and business functions will design the new processes, the Business Change Management Leader will drive the global inclusion and engagement during design and lead the change management charge during deployment. This will require creating and deploying a change management strategy along with best practices and processes to build capability within the organization that will shepherd and govern change long term.


    This role must provide leadership in the following areas

    • Align organizational change to the attainment of efficiencies from the business case. (For example: Changing from 100 ways to take an order to 5 ways to take an order, or aligning how we do a product return across business units.)
    • Effectively communicate change and obtain alignment from senior management a all levels of the organization.
    • Work with Human Resources to ensure that the organization adjustments and reductions happen to realize the business value.
    • Drive Change at Axalta in the following areas:
      • Process change and alignment
      • People change and organization
      • Cost structure change and basis
      • Technology change to a new tool



    To be considered for this opportunity, the following criteria must be met:


    • 10+ years’ experience leading change management, organization effectiveness and leadership development capabilities within large organizations (or as a consultant)
    • 5+ years of experience on large business and/or technology transformation projects in leadership roles driving transformation strategy and operating model design, re-envisioning business processes, leading change and ensuring organizational readiness to work in new ways
    • Experience operating effectively in a global matrix organization
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage across all levels of the organization globally
    • Demonstrated experience and competency in:
    •       Transformation of large global operations / businesses
    •       Leadership by influence and management through others across large global organizations
    •       Building Executive alignment, commitment, and enrollmentManagement/Sponsor transformation coaching and support
    •       Development of frameworks and tools to share expertise and build capability in others
    •       Organization change management tools including stakeholder identification, change impact analysis, change readiness assessment, instructional design, and communications
    • Have full understanding of how SAP S/4 business process work “out of the box”
    • Chemical and/or process manufacturing experience 
    • Experience in HR or partnering with HR on organizational change
