Job Location: Colorado Springs, CO
The Warehouse Clerk receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishment by performing the following (but not limited to) duties.
Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
Re-stock product daily.
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves.
Operates industrial truck / fork lift
Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy.
Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
Prepares pallets for shipping.
Prepare documents, such as work orders, bill of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
Records shipment data coming in or going out, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, and/or recordkeeping purposes.
Maintain highest level of quality.
Provide excellent customer service, answering phones, order entry, invoicing, and managing freight claims, damages and returns.
Must be able to work with confidential information and appropriately communicate and thrive as a team player.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Prefer 3-6 months related experience and/or training experiece.
Customer Service experience preferred.
Ability to speak and read English.
Satisfactory background screening.
Satisfactory drug screen.
Medical clearance to wear a respirator.
Satisfactory results in pre-employment tests.
Must be able to work in the United States legally.
Must be able to and agree to sign a non-compete non-disclosure agreement.
