    1. Facilitate the communication process between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and resolving work-related problems.
    2. Manage labor and union relations and work on required administrative and regulatory documentation processes
    3. Implement and ensure the alignment with Corporate HR in C&B policies, particularly related to salary planning and administration processes
    4. Work with managers on HR policies, staffing strategy and deal with related issues such as understaffing, settling disputes, terminating employee, and administering disciplinary measures
    5. Ensure new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
    6. Assist the managers in manpower planning process, identify staff vacancies, recruit, interview and select applicants.
    7. Plan and coordinate work activities related to employee services, employee relations, and site administration.
    8. Plan and manage HR and Administration budget
    9. Plan and organize employee training and development
    10. Represent the Company for HR / labour related matters, including personnel-related hearings and investigations.
    11. Ensure legal compliance on employment related matters  


    1. Minimum Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Management, Law, or other relevant major

    2. Minimum 3 years experience as a generalist in HR area

    3. Able to communicate well in English, written and speaking

    4. Good communication skill and good result orientation
