    Responsibilities

    The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis and general support for internal and external reporting, planning and processes. This individual will work closely with the entire finance group, as well as other departments and must be able to communicate process, concerns, questions, etc. This position will be based in Philadelphia, PA.

     

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

     

    • Report directly to Supervisor/Manager of Financial Reporting
    • Prepare monthly financial package for internal management reporting
    • Prepare full financial statements and MD&A for annual/quarterly SEC filings, including tie-outs
    • Prepare/Review regulatory/compliance reports
    • Prepare/Review quarterly analytical analyses of financial information
    • Responsible for maintaining critical documentation and providing certain requested support to internal and external auditors
    • Responsible for certain technical accounting areas, including preparation of detailed white papers rationalizing conclusions

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related area
    • 3-4 years of experience with public or corporate accounting experience preferred
    • CPA preferred
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Experience with Consolidation Accounting or External Reporting helpful
    • Experience with preparation or detail review of Financial Statements and SEC Reporting
    • Experience with process/controls documentation
    • Experience with technical accounting
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
