    - To drive successful sales results.
    - To develop and implement sales activities.
    - To build strong customer relationship and manage well with key account.
    - Can do capably to expand market share and find potential industrial coating customers.
    - Can work with technical team and customer closely, to do well communication internally & externally.


    •Be familiar with industrial coating or powder coating or OEM coating business is a plus.
    •To have at least 2-5 yrs sales and marketing experience.
    •Strong people handling skill and communication skill.

    •Language skills: native Chinese and Taiwanese speaker. Good English communication capability both in writing and speaking.
    •Need frequent business travel in Taiwan.
