Axalta is currently recruiting for an Events Coordinator and Corporate Affairs/Legal Assistant (ECCLA) to join our Global Corporate Affairs and Legal team, reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Affairs. The ECCLA will be based in Philadelphia, PA.
The ECCLA will be responsible for planning and coordinating all major Company events, working with our events vendor, American Express, and directly with hotel staff, caterers, transportation, and other significant parties in the planning process. Major events include Board Meetings, Senior Leadership Meeting, Supplier of the Year, among others as well as all concert and sporting events in Philadelphia. The ECCLA will also offer administrative support to the Global Corporate Affairs & Legal teams and assist on key Corporate Affairs projects as needed.
