Axalta is looking to add another Technical Service Specialist to work at one of our major customers manufacturing operations in Dublin, VA. The Technical Service Specialist will provide in-depth technical direction and assistance to customer(s) regarding the use of Axalta coating products in the heavy duty truck industry. This will be an engineering-focused role drawing on skillsets in problem-solving, data collection and statistical analysis. Process control, paint chemistry and project management will also be central to the successful candidate. Combined with regular opportunities for interaction with multiple levels of management from Axalta and customer operations, this is an excellent opportunity to build experience, prove competence and grow personally and professionally. Successful candidates will need shift and overtime flexibility.
