Alignment / Product Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of products between the Technical Development team and the Ajax Manufacturing team. Once products are aligned, responsibility shifts to managing products through the production process, using continuous improvement to improve productivity, ensure in-spec products and drive quality performance and customer satisfaction. The role also includes direct communication with customer account teams to ensure products are delivering value to our customers, and leading investigation and resolution of customer concerns and complaints.
