    Responsibilities

    1. Find out the business opportunities with the market intelligence.

    2. Be responsible to the annual sales budget in volume, revenue and gross profit

    • Liaise with the Distributors/Customers to establish the annual budget
    • Propose and liaise with the Distributor/Customers to implement the annual operating plan in the targeted country
    • Product launch and communication around the product
    • Training plan with the technical service team
    • Promotion and advertisement
    • Set up the incentive program for/with the distributor
    • Measure the impact of the promotion& advertisement action
    • Periodic reporting to the reporting line
    • Monthly report that covers the business highlight, sell-out info of the distributor, market analysis, competition activities etc.
    • Weekly report covering the follow up of the previous week and the week action items

    3. Propose the mid-term (3 – 5 years) sales plan to improve Axalta Coating System’s positioning in the market

    • Evolution of volume, revenue and profit
    • Appropriate product mix to be developed for the market

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant area
    • Have minimum 5 years experience in Sales Refinish or Automotive industry
    • Have good knowledge in English, written and speaking
    • Willing and able to travel all around Indonesia
