    Responsibilities

    In Axalta, we want to prepare the future leaders of our company, starting today.

    We will give you a project to lead, supporting you through coaching, mentoring and tailored-made development activities to become a future leader in Logistics.

    You will face real business challenges through the project execution and you will be trusted, encouraged and motivated to make the right decisions on behalf of Axalta. This can be done with a wide range of projects, e.g. like being responsible to establish a new footprint, introduce a new technology and process, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related degree.
    • 5-8 years professional experience in the industry in the sales field.
    • Willingness to step-up as future leader
    • Strong business analytics relationship management, strategy development, project
      management, problem solving and change management skills.
    • Ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
    • Demonstrates creative and critical thinking skills, Hands-on mentality and ownership behavior.
    • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas to summarize complex issues.
