    Responsibilities

    - Maintain successful relationship with customers. Get new business and ensure customers’ needs are met through regular visits, feedback and follow-up.
    - Understand customer needs - Identify, assess and prioritize opportunities to develop actionable sales plan.
    - Understand customer’s current & future products demands and developments.
    - Organize/Lead internal resources to resolve customer issues effectively.
    - Provide demand forecast and coordinate with supply chain team to fulfill customer orders and manage account receivables according to business guidance.
    - Collect/synthesize customer and market and intelligence information. Establish effective internal communication.

    Qualifications

    Experience:
    - Undergraduate degree or above, prefer majoring in Chemistry/Material Science/ Business
    - 5+ years’ Sales or technical experience in chemical industry, familiar with insulation material is preferred.

    Knowledge & Skills (functional competences and capabilities):
    - Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
    - Ability to interact and build effective relationships with customers.
    - Excellent personality and strong communication/interpersonal skill
    - Problem solving and analytical skills
    - Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
    - Willing to travel frequently.
