    Responsibilities

    1. Ensure the implementation of EHS and core values in the field of work
    2. Establish strategies, plans, budgets and pricing policies in order to ensure maximum profit margins
    3. Achieve all sales targets and sales strecth the predetermined sales targets / budgets and review annual targets
    4. Maintain and develop relationships with customers to ensure maximum levels of satisfaction
    5. Identify potential new markets for determining strategy, position and profit
    6. Develop sales market in the current market and win competitive customers
    7. Maintain minimum stock finish good in accordance with business needs
    8. Ensure that receivables are in the suitable ceiling and the time of payment is in accordance with the targets in the matrix for receipts (receivable) and late payments (past due)
    9. Lead and develop human resources in Sales & Marketing Department

     

    Qualifications

    1. Min Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or Chemical/Coating Technology background is preferred
    2. Have min 5 years working experiences as Sales & Marketing Manager in coating industry is preferred
    3. Have a good leadership and managerial skill
    4. Have a good communicate and negotiation skill

    5. Have a good network and able to build/develop a good relationship with new customers

    6. Maintain a good relationship with existing customers

    7. Have ag ood presentation skill

    8. Have a good interpersonal skill and customer oriented

    9. Fluent in English both oral and written
