    Provide diversified and confidential administrative support for the sales team including reporting, analytics and data entry for Salesforce and other systems. Ensure execution of customer related events and meetings.


    Essential Functions of the Sales Administrator


    Sales Team

    • Data entry, reporting and analytics for Salesforce, SAP, LWR, QVR, Teams, and SharePoint
    • Create presentations
    • Perform data analysis to create reports, presentations and graphs
    • Support passport/travel application process
    • Manage Organizational Charts
    • Manage global SharePoint
    • Manage global distribution lists and organizational announcements

    Administrative Responsibilities

    • Manage all daily operations and calendar
    • Schedule and prepare for meetings and special events both on and offsite
    • Complete expense reports
    • Audit and approve expense reports and ensures all is in alignment with policy
    • Lead or participate in special projects
    • Office support and supplies



    Qualifications of the Sales Administrator

    • Bachelor’s Degree in areas of Business Management, Marketing, Communications or related degree
    • MBA/master’s degree a plus
    • Work experience in customer service, marketing, sales, or communication position a plus
    • Must possess intermediate to advanced technical skills:

    -Advanced Excel (Ex formulas, filters, pivot tables/charts, macros, VLOOKUP)

    -Power Point (Ex charting, graphing, animation)

    -Word (Ex mail merge, tables)­


    -Ability to create reports, graphs and other analytics in commercial group reporting systems (campfire, LWR, etc.)

    • Should possess strong problem-solving capacity and have a customer service orientation
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to prepare and edit executive level presentations
    • Ability to be proactive, prioritize and stay organized
    • Ability to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality
    • Must be able to independently research and obtain information for complex reports and special projects
    • Ability to work flexible work hours as needed as well as occasional overtime
