Axalta Coating Systems currently seeks a Commercial Transportation Sales Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting new Commercial Transportation opportunities through an understanding of customer success factors and the implementation of Axalta products, processes and programs. He/she will also be responsible for developing and selling our solutions based offerings for current and targeted accounts via account analysis and a thorough understanding of customer needs.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative include:
Incumbent must be able to travel extensively by car or air as needed. Frequent extended work days are required, most of travel and customer entertaining will be on personal time, evenings and weekends.
