    • Develop Product strategy in line with overall business strategy
    • Product offering package by market segment, by customer
    • Drive and Lead new technology/Product launch with technical, sales, on line service, supply Chain and operation
    • Drive and lead product localization/cost down
    • Lead new product/technology introduction to customer
    • Own New Product Management Process (NPP/EPM) and lead the project prioritization and follow up the progress
    • Lead team efforts to ensure the regulatory compliance of product in China
    • Support the product SKU house keep and lean efforts
    • Support the customer quality complain handling.


    • University degree on polymer/Fine Chemistry/Organic Chemistry preferred.
    • 10 the years of working experiences in coatings industry or related industry required
    • Demonstrated understanding on coating product, process and the nature about coating business. Noted for customer focus.
    • Paint lab experience and customer line experience preferred.
    • Strong technical competency.
    • Demonstrated communication skills and abilities, Strong English oral and written communication skills.
    • Excellent networking capabilities and team work.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and complete integrated product plans. Known and exhibited Project Management skills
    • Self-motivated, fast learner, and can work independently with minimum supervision.
    • Six Sigma certification preferred.
